Unprofessional, unkind, lying supplier

I approached Dynamic Creative Designs company in Vereeniging owned by Xolelwa Socatsha to register 2 companies for me mid last year.I was charged R1400 to register both companies by the owner.I waited in vain for the registration which never happened to date.I tried calling the lady last by her phone was answered by a guy who claimed to b his business partner.When I called asking for her, he always said Xoli was either in a meeting or hospital.I demanded that they payback my money and the guy promised to do.When I called to make a follow up,he always said he was depositing the money and it has never happened.Eventually the lady decided to talk to me at the end of the year last her.I told her that I needed my money back and she promised to deposit it.I waited,& followed it up and her answer were the same everyday that she was depositing it,she is @da bank when I stopped talking to her on the 3/3/15.I told her that I was going to the police &she never bothered.I am disappointed by this lady,she is a ****,dishonest, unkind with false promises.
