Creative Bedding Designs - Shocking Service

Do not use this company to purchase anything. I purchased a bed from them and the base of the bed is faulty, they keep promising they will send a driver to collect the base and replace it but this is 4 weeks later. I have asked for a cash refund and have not heard from them again.

It is the worst service I have ever had, they do not even take the time to call you or explain anything, please do not buy from them.
