DYNAMIC Card ****

I have just received an SMS that my DYNAMIC PRODUCT IS ACTIVE and it gives a debit order code and a telephone which when I call says the number is out of service. This looks like a ****. When I searched the company there's a different telephone number and I called it. The lady answered and put me through to someone who was on voicemail
