Damaged Vehicle

In July 2014 I took my Toyota Prado to get reupholstered and was quoted R15k and advised my car would be ready in 2 wks. I had to follow up consistently and was only told while on my way to collect that the car would not be delayed by 3 days. 3 days turned into another 2 wks. I eventually got my car only to find serious defects where the sunroof would not close, cabin lights broken and handles fitted incorrectly. I took the vehicle back and experienced further delays. In early 2015 I eventually insisted that they give me back my vehicle at which point the supervisor informed me that delays were due to the workers not getting paid. At the time she informed me that she was leaving and would be unable to assist me further and I would have to speak to the owner Cobus. I had to pay an additional amount to a more competent company to get the defects fixed and repaired. The owner is very courteous and professional, however the workmanship is poor.
