Mislead sale

The FNI of this dealership has the audacity to add a warranty onto my finance deal of R25000 without my convent. I purchased the vehicle from them and me being in a different province, I was given the documents to sign on delivery of the vehicle and was out under pressure to sign.

Its been a year since I have this car and has broken down from the 2nd week I owned it.

Now, the fact that I was smothered with this warranty was supposed to be a plus turned out a nightmare.

AA Warranties is by far the worst to buy. These dealers don't care what they sell you as long as they get there commissions from it.

Out of 5 attempt on claims for various breakdowns on this vehicle, only 1 was awarded after taking it to ombudsman

Every time you claim they come back and say, " they don't cover for wear and tear.

Yes this is a warranty issue, but these dealer ships does shove this down the clients throuts and we end up the looser all the Time.

The FNI" lizaan" owners daughter is so arrogant as if they gave us everything for free, has no compassion nor customer care etiquette at all.

Please people, Evan if it looks like a good deal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
