***** On Towing Truck Company

Hello Hellopeter, on the 28th of May 2021 I got into a car accident and immediately there after there were many towing trucks around. I got out of the car and called my insurance but was put on hold, meanwhile one of the men from the towing company asked if anyone was injured, thankfully not. He insisted on calling an ambulance as though he had taken charge of the scene. He proceeded to ask me, which insurance I used and I told him while on the phone waiting for an answer and he said to me, he works with them he then proceeded to call a number with the title of my insurance and handed me the phone to talk to them, the man over the phone said he was from my company and that I should allow the man to tow my car. The following morning when i tried to call my insurance they told me that the man that towed my car wasn’t under them and that I had been **** and ******* into letting him tow my car. I even gave the insurance his number to speak to him however the man insists he works with them despite him not being on their system. He continues to stick to that story and doesn’t want to release my car without me paying an absurd amount of money which continues to grow daily. This man has committed ***** and I need help getting my car back to my insurance so they can continue with my claim . Please please !
