Dynamic Aluminum is shady

Dynamic Aluminium run by Elton Naidoo appears to be a ********** company. Elton quoted me for a job to replace my doors and windows with aluminum frames as well as security gates for the doors. He sent me a quote, asked for a 60% deposit which I paid. He then never pitched to complete the job, coming up with various excuses as to why he has to postpone, promising a new date and when the day comes, not pitching up, rinse and repeat. After the fourth time this happened I asked for a refund (this was a Friday), he said he will refund me the following Monday. Monday comes, no refund, and he's not responding or answering calls. He's messages the next day (Tues) says he need's until Friday to do the refund. I am now going the legal route. Beware.
