Waited 30 minutes for dirty car to be returned

I made use of Dynamic Airport Parking at OR Thambo and was very disappointed by their service and customer care. After contacting the office upon our arrival we waited for over 30 minutes at the meeting point for our car to be returned. I didn't expect an executive valet service but our car was also not washed. It appeared to have been wiped down with a damp cloth leaving dirt streaks on the car. I mentioned the disappointing service on the their Facebook site to help them improve the service&received a very hostile and rude response where they blamed everything from flight delays to rain and poor communication. It was very unprofessional as you would expect them to welcome both positive and negative feedback to enable them to improve their service but instead they take no responsibility. I have made use of two alternate airport parking agencies before (Mr parking & Airport Parkade) who offered GREAT service (no waiting for car,perfectly clean (wash&vacuum)). I foolishly decided to try Dynamic Airport Parking this time around as they were cheaper and what a mistake. I would like to think my case was a 1 in a 1000 but there are only complaints on Hellopeter and that speaks volumes.
