Threatened with bodily harm by attendant

I booked Dyanmic Parking Meet and Greet service at O R Tambo. My pick up time was 16h45.<br> Upon landing, I called the company to let them know I have arrived at 16h40.<br> I went to pick up my car at Terminal B Valet parking board.<br> I waited till 17h00, upon which I approached the attendant working at the Terminal B, who informed that he does not know and that I should phone the company office again.<br> So I phone the office, spoke to a rude female who called me a **** and said I didn't phone her and my flight time was incorrect. She put the phone down on me telling me I should wait and my car will arrive when it does. I then waited another few minutes and called the office again, this time a male attendant picked up the phone and as I was explaining the situation to him, he started swearing me, screaming and shouting. He said he does care about my vehicle and when it arrives. He then said that Im upsetting him and he will come down to the terminal confront me and threatened me with bodily harm.<br> I said to him I would not speak to him further.<br> <br> At almost 17h20, my car arrived. Upon asking the driver when he left the garage, he said he was only informed around 5pm.<br>
