Simply UN-Dynamic

Pretty disappointed with their service this time around. Have had great experience in the last three years and yesterday boom, a cracked windscreen with not one, but two chips and a huge crack which the guy handing the car over didn’t even alert me of. Only upon my own initiated inspection I saw this and all he could say was, we are not responsible to anything...we don’t take any responsibility. Ever so nonchalantly and egotistic. Not even an acknowledgment! This is goodbye my friends, not just to me, but to your company! Terrible
