Scratched car and abusive manager

I am absolutely horrified about the service I have received from Dynamic Parking. I handed my car in on Friday morning and received it yesterday only to find that one of the doors had been banged up and scratched with keys or some other object. When I told the man who was delivering me my car he got aggressive and said it wasn’t his problem. He went on to getting more and more aggressive and rude, proceeded to insult me and threatened that he wouldn’t not give me my keys back.

But that's not the worst part, the worst is the verbal abuse I received from the owner, Michele. Instead of handling the situation professionally she has gone out of her way to avoid the fact that my car was damaged. She has resorted to lies, threats, dramatization and plain stupidity.

Based on other reviews this seems to be the standard reaction she has every time someone has had an issue with Dyanmic Parking. They may have the cheapes rates but its not worth it, rather pay more with another company and know that you will be trated with dignity.
