Dynamic Airport Parking Pty Ltd - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

<p>I have had a bad experience with this provider. My car was picked up on the 05/08/2017, the pick up was fine. The driver and I walked around the car and he recorded the scratches on my car. When I received the car on the 08/08/2017, there was so many scratched on my car...the driver side door handle and the left back door was badly scratched on 3 places. I was told to watsapp the pics to the owner Michelle, I watsapped it and emailed it and received no response. I phoned numerous times and finally got hold of her. She was soooo rude and took no responsibly of the damage and questioned my character and said I was trying to pull a fast one on them. When I mentioned that the scratches were recorded before the car was taken, she said it was 5am and dark and the driver probably missed that and will probably be fired. The damage is so clear and the airport is lit up with so many lights, its not dark. I then mentioned I was going to lay a report at the police station, which was for me to submit to the insurance if she wasn't going to cover my damages. She went on to say that the police and your insurance will laugh at you since there was no accident there. She kept insulting me that I said okay I think I heard enough and said Bye and cut the call. She even called back and carried on insulting my character and that she came across lot of people like me. I will never use this company again.</p>
