Dynamic Airport Parking

On the 18th of September 2019, Dynamic Airport Parking collected my car from OR Thambo International Airport. I showed the driver all there is to know about my car's imobulizer. He rep**** that he remember driving my car before, which I confirmed, as I have left my car with them before. On the 20th of September 2019 I received a call from Dynamic Airport Parking, saying that they cannot get my car to start. I gave them all the instructions over the phone, and told them that I showed the driver whom collected my car everything there is to know. Can they not ask him, but I was told that he had the weekend off and they have tried everything. On the 21st of September 2019 I arrived back at OR Thambo airport, Dynamic Airport Parking fetched me with another car as they still could not get my car to start. On arrival at there parking lot, I went to my car. I could not start it. I had to search for an Auto Electrician on the internet, sit and wait for hours, as my Imobulizer was not working anymore. I do not know what they did with my car, but in the end it cost me more than R2000 just so I could drive again. I have never had any problems with my car before. I was also not happy with the disclaimer that it is still my responsibility even if they were responsible. I will unfortunately not leave my car with them again, nor will I recommend them to anybody. Very nast experience.
