Appalling service

<p>I am appalled by Dynamic Parking's response to my complaint. After using the company monthly for 2 years, I came back to a dirty car and often have to wait up to 30 minutes for my car to arrive after contacting the drivers. The company states on their website that a full valet cleaning service is included. My car basically hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed at all. <br />Also, the drivers don't give you change when paying nor do they supply you with an invoice. The director of the company said my account will be credited, which it hadn't. They owe me money, my complaint was never addressed and no apology was made. <br />Truly pathetic service and I have since discontinued using this company.</p>
