Take the money and run

One of my air conditioners at my home needed the PC board replaced. Neels of Dynamic Airconditioners quoted me R2800 to do the job. I paid a deposit of R1140 in January 2020 and am yet to have the job completed or see my deposit back.

Neels gave me the story that he couldn't get the parts due to COVID and that he would refund me the money.

Neels doesn't take my phone calls and when I do manage to get hold of him by using a different phone, he always has another story about the refund.

Neels is a *****, a **** and now a ***ard, because he cant or wont face me.

I would not recommend Dynamic Air conditioners in Brakpan to anyone unless you pay them after the job is done or you will never see your cash again.
