Selling expired medical devices

The company sold me expired cervical brushes at an elevated price (3.8 times what other companies charge for the same brushes) and when I cancelled the sale, they refused to refund the full amount, only 75% was refunded. Selling expired medical devices is against the law in South Africa. I have reported them to SAHPRA.
