Empty promisses

Dykor paints is a re seller of Dulux paint. I went there and requested 20L velvet truffel interior paints, they told me it will be R1250 for 20L, bought the paint, painted the inside of my house, children messed on the wall, tried to clean it and the paint came off. I found out that the paint they've supp**** me with was rock grip. Phoned them and asked for a price on Dulux Velvet truffel and again they gave me the price of rock grip. Got into an argument of WHY SUPPLY SOMETHING THAT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT ASKED FOR< THERE IS A REASON WHY IVE ASKED FOR DULUX SPECIFIC, They came and collect the last bit to runs test, after that was done I had to follow up and find out whats going on, Owner said they will send me a new one and that is almost a month ago and still waiting for my paint.
