WORST COMPANY EVER

<p>This awful company doesn&rsquo;t even deserve 1 star. I wish we could give them negative stars for their disgusting and disappointing service and attitude towards us from start to finish. Absolute WORST company to do your house transfer. Absolutely no accountability taken for their *********** staff. Our documents were rejected at the Deeds Office (which shouldn&rsquo;t happen in the first place). Then we were told they were re-lodging the documents. After not hearing anything from them for over a week I emailed them to ask for an update. Turns out they hadn&rsquo;t even re-lodged because someone went on leave and no one else bothered to lodge the documents again. We have been blatantly **** to for months, with absolutely no communication or updates willingly sent from them. The director at the Cape Town Branch, *****, is one of the most rude and condescending human beings we have ever come across. They do not give a flying hoot about their customers and couldn&rsquo;t care less whether your transfer takes place or not, even after you pay them an absolute fortune for their services. We will NEVER recommend this absolutely useless company to anyone. Do NOT waste your time or your energy using this company. All you will feel is complete frustration and stress with your property transfer as the only time you ever hear from them is when YOU email THEM for updates. Most horrific experience buying our home with them and we will highly recommend you use any other transfer and conveyancing attorneys on Earth besides this lot. Mortifying experience and most awful people we&rsquo;ve ever come across. Thank goodness we NEVER have to deal with them EVER EVER again!</p>
