Very Disappointed with ****s Van Heerden I would not recommend using them

<p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">We are in the process of buying a house since 12 Feb 2016 and the whole process has been just a bunch of delays.</span></p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"> </p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">Currently I`m living with other people because of this and even my kind who I am taking care of had to go live with other people because of these delays. Also this has been costing us a lot of money. Living with other people and paying for the kids to live with other people. I understand that this is a long process but really now.</span></p> <p> </p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">Friday the deeds office notified us that they are on the "To Deeds Prepping " I called Amanda at ****s Van Heerden and asked her what this means and she said and I quote "All the attorneys now need to bring the do***ents forward so that the house can be registered." So I asked her how long this will take, again I quote. "At latest Tuesday 2016/05/10" because she already brought the do***ents forward. We just called (2016/05/11) her a few min ago and asked her what’s happening and she said "I brought the do***ents forward today so it will be registered tomorrow." So I do not believe here at all anymore. As a ****s Van Heerden client who pays them a lot of money to do the transfer apparently they don’t give a dam about the buyer...</span></p>
