Terrible communication and late service delivery!!

We are VERY disappointed in ****s van Heerden Inc.!<br> It's almost been 4 months now since we bought our new house, and we are still waiting for the bond registration to take place. <br> The personnel at ****s van Heerden does not bother to inform us of what is going on, so every time we have to phone in and check on them (although we were charged with \communication/phone call fees").<br> The application has now been rejected twice at the deeds office so seems that this company can't get things right the first time around.<br> """
