Rude staff and condescending director

This place is a joke. Never in my life have I been patronised in such a way. The staff have been the least bit helpful and ignore emails when it suits them. The company also failed to protect me properly in the sale of a property and when I raised the issue I was contacted by the director himself. Pity I didn't just leave it alone because now I had to deal with his patronising attitude towards me while I pointed out the flaws during the transfer process. Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth.
