Lisa Hodgskin- Rude,disrespectful with no people s****s

<p>My Fiance bought a property and the above metioned attorneys are busy with the transfer. I am a Wealth Manager and Clients of mine has previously asked me to help them with the follow up on their transfers as my line of business is related to their Bond protection. I contacted Coveyancer Lisa to find out about our transfer. She was very disrespectful and rude. We sold our property and bought our new property and they are handling both transfers. She was very disrespectful and refused to speak to me and give me an update regarding the time period. My fiance has his own business and asked me to contact her also regarding a few other issues we had. When he tried to contact her afterwards she refused to take our call. She said that she was available till 16:30. When we phoned at 16:00 we were put on hold and after holding on for how long she would cut our call. Never met anyone so unprofessional in my life! After phoning a couple of times we got the same treatment and was then told she left. We feel like she is spitefull and will drag on with the transfer and not get it done. I believe in client respect. I will never disrespect any of my clients and talk down to them no matter who you are! I honestly think that she should improve the way she talks to clients as she is giving her company a bad name.</p> <p> </p>
