I will never recommend ****s van Heerden

We received the most shockingly unprofessional service from ****s van Heerden Inc.<br> <br> We sold our house in 2014 and our estate agent asked if we wanted to use them as attorneys. She said that her agency stopped using ****s' services a few years ago due to client dissatisfaction, but that they have contacted and asked her to source work for them. She asked if we were willing to give them a try.<br> <br> We were skeptical, but didn't know any other attorneys and accepted her advice. Oh boy was that the worst mistake ever.<br> <br> Firstly, the consultant was extremely unprofessional. Weeks after occupation, we still haven't received any request for occupational rent payment. We enquired, with no response. The estate agent had to ask on our behalf, and weeks later the response came that the files were already in archives and would be retrieved.<br> <br> 4 months later an e-mail was sent (which we never received).<br> <br> 6 months later we received a mail from Monique Swanepoel asking for payment. No proper, formal invoice, just a typed e-mail with amount due and incorrect dates.<br> <br> I am honestly shocked that any attorney can operate so unprofessionally. I will never recommend their services to anyone else.
