DVH and Standard bank shifting blame and I have to pay.

I specifically used DVH attorneys to switch my bond from Sa HomeLoans to Standard bank. DVH came highly recommended.

I got a quote from DVH before I finalized my bond switch regarding the fees it would cost me. my initial quote was below R3000.00 now that it is too late to cancel without loads of fees, I am being forced to pay a total of just over R20 000.00 in Lawyer fees for a simple switch of a bond from one bank to another. no extra money on bond no name changes just bond change. DVH blames Standard bank for the mix-up and SB blames everyone else.

so wish I could know what and who is truly at fault here?
