Appalling Service

My wife & I went to sign our FNB bond agreement. On arrival we were met by a man who never introduced himself but merely pointed to a room & told us to wait there. I stuck my hand out to greet him & he shook my hand but still did not say his name. On his arrival into the room he sat down & started tossing documents across the table at us saying just sign here & here. Initial here & here! Nothing was explained to us. When my 8.5 month pregnant wife asked him to explain something he said just read the document & you'll find your answer. He spoke to us in a very condescending manner!! At this point I addressed his attitude & mannerisms. I was told that he was doing us a favour as it was after hours 4'oclock. Firstly they requested the time & had cancelled the previous days appointment. Secondly we are paying for his time! When my wife asked for copies of the docs that we signed he aggressively ripped the file open, snapped the elastic band then stormed off. He closed the door & kept us waiting for 30mins. On leaving he stated that he was glad he wouldn't be seeing us again & slammed the gate. Traumatized my very pregnant wife cried all the way home. Rude is an understatement! Unreal.
