Dishonest, Unreliable, and Low-Quality Repairs

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with “Dyan Autobody Repair & Panel Beating”. What should have been a straightforward spoiler rebuild turned into a nightmare that dragged on for three months. I was **** to multiple times during the process. For instance, I was told my spoiler was being painted, only to later receive a call from the supervisor showing me my spoiler broken into pieces. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and *********. Despite explicitly requesting certain work to be done, they did not follow my instructions, nor did they keep their end of the agreement. I even paid extra to have my spoiler fibreglassed, but this service was not done at all. The quality of their work was poor. I received my spoiler one week ago, and it has already started to crack and break. Clearly, no pride is taken in their work, and lack poor craftsmanship. The entire experience was filled with constant back-and-forth communication. They lacked time management skills, failed to keep me updated, and overall left me feeling like I was ****med. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
