Delay of parcel

<p>I ordered a mini projector on the 8th of February and on the 11th February I got an email saying that my item has been fulfilled and shipped as well as it is on the way. Even today I am still waiting for that item. I emailed someone from the post office asking them about the procedures but never bothered to respond. It has already passed the 11th again so basically it has been over a month waiting for that item which was initially a gift for the 24th February.</p>
