Dissatisfied with service received

Juan from DWS Electrical and Plumbing [Email Removed] had agreed to renovate my bathroom in December 2015 which he did however there are a couple of things he promised he will attend to in the new year.Also to date I have not received a detailed quote for the bathroom despite me requesting this on numerous occasions. He did meet me regarding the bathroom and kitchen in January2015 however since then he is not responding to my calls, messages or e-mails. I thought he was trustworthy unfortunately I was mistaken. I made the gravest of mistakes by paying all the funds. I am extremely dissapointed cause I expected quality for my money but I guess you can never trust anybody.<br> <br> Regards<br> Minilla Naicker
