Dont Trust Car Dealers on Autotrder or expect Autotrder to help you when something goes wrong!

Purchased a Vehicle from D-way Motors in Bedfordview. According to the pictures on Autotrader, the Vehicle looked Perfect. I contacted the Dealer and specifically asked to list any Faults on the Car. Their answer on a WhatsApp is "There is Nothing Wrong with the Car" . We did a Cash deal & Paid for the Vehicle. Upon collection, the vehicle was in such bad condition and had been in a previous accident but was badly repaired. We refused to accept the car & asked for our Money Back. I am getting ignored now & they don't answer the phones when we phone. Eventually, upon getting back to me they now have a very long Process to apply for a Refund with some costs....etc.....etc Upon Phoning Auto trader, asking for help. I was told they don't really get involved in sales. They will also not remove the Dealer or "Black-List" them but continue to advertise their Vehicle.

I feel there should be some "Feedback" system as part of Autotrader's Terms & Conditions to remove them from Selling Cars on their website should they not be Honest & Fair.
