Disrespect to customer

Yesterday went to Spar dwarsloop around almost closing time bought few items went to the car realized forgot one item went back got the item stood on the line more than 15mins i was with my sister she decided to go to the other line as there was only two people waiting to pay the cashier Salvation Mashile told her to turn back as those two were his last customers she came back to the line we were at one of the ladies saw the incident and called us to pay at the less than 10 item till as we were about to pay there comes a white guy going to same till that we were turned back on by non other than Salvation Mashile guess that she let him pay i could hold myself as i was so ****ed i went to her in front of that customer and asked her how could she do that and the level of disrespect from her showed me she doesn't came mybe because of knowing she will not be reprimanded this will have no consequences for her so so disappointed that even in 2024 such treatment still exists i am laying a formal complain if nothing is done about it this was by far the worse customer care ever even the lady working with her managed to apologize on her behalf as who Salvation Mashile she didn't give a damn
