D(istress) & W(oe) Door & Decor

D&W installed folding doors and re-worked another door on my deck. It looked beautiful and worked wonderfully, until the doors started shrinking, so much so that the resulting gap between the last door and the frame was 25 mm. The main lock did not work anymore and I could not engage the sliding locks because the pins had moved away from the holes. I repeatedly asked Mark to come and have a look: his reply was that I should adjust the hinges (and so doing merely move the gap to the other end of the system). Then he sent me a quote to inspect the problem... Really? I must pay him more money after the shoddy work?
