10-YEAR CLIENT LEFT WITH NO ACCESS TO BUSINESS-CRITICAL EMAIL SUPPORT
I have been a paying client of Dustin van Zyl / DVZ Digital for approximately 10 years, using the company for my domain renewals and business email hosting. My most recent invoice from DVZ Digital, dated February 2026, specifically includes the renewal of my company's domain, as well as an annual hosting package for our business email accounts. This service has been paid for. Dustin has now been completely unreachable for more than a month. I have phoned repeatedly. I have sent messages. I have emailed. I have tried every contact method available to me and have received absolutely no response or communication. This is not a minor inconvenience. DVZ Digital manages business-critical email services for my company, and I have no administrative access or alternative support contact. I have now been forced to contact Afrihost directly, as I understand they are the underlying hosting provider used by DVZ Digital. Afrihost cannot assist me directly because their client is Dustin / DVZ Digital, not me. This has left me in an impossible position. I have paid DVZ Digital for my domain renewal and annual email hosting, yet I cannot reach the person responsible for managing the service, cannot obtain support, and have not been provided with any alternative contact or contingency process. My concern is simple: what happens to my company's email and domain if something goes wrong? After approximately 10 years as a loyal, paying client, I find the complete lack of communication and absence of any backup support structure unacceptable. I am not making assumptions about why Dustin is unavailable. I am simply stating the facts: I have been unable to reach him for more than a month despite repeated attempts, and my company's essential email services are dependent on services managed through DVZ Digital. Dustin, if you see this, please contact me urgently. I need access to and administrative control over my company's domain and email hosting services, or immediate assistance in transferring these services into an account that I can manage directly.
