DSV Couriers on behalf of Discovery Bank

Discovery bank uses DSV couriers to deliver their Credit cards. They contacted me on 6 February 2024 to tell me my credit card will be delivered the next day between 12H00 and 14H00, did noy=t happen. They contacted me a 16H00 saying the driver was 1 hour away. No delivery!!! This happened 2 times again and no delivery and no phone call. Yesterday 19 February I contacted DSV and asked about my card and was told would be delivered today between 12H00 and 14H00, did not happen, after 7-8 phone calls, after asking every time for driver cell number, which they wil not give, I managed to get hold of driver and he says he does not know when he will deliver because he is busy. Service is the worst ever and I cannot believe a company like Discovery Bank use these useless people to make their deliveries.
