Unauthorized Debit order

This morning i received a message notifying me that there is a debit order deduction from Dvotion- SAGE then I called this number ********** to find out, why they deducted from my account and who gave them authorization to deduct from my account, then I spoke to Thandiwe who refereed me to speak to Onthatile, she told me that they made an error but I don't trust that this company will stop this ********** action, my privacy has been tempered on without my consent this is *******.
