TERRIBLE SERVICE - NO SUCCESS TO DATE

<p>I bought a cell phone at Game Parow shop 65, i got ****** at gunpoint 2days later. The consultant forced me to take out insurance in so many ways, i'm not the 1st customer he did this with. Removed from the store mentioned today... i went to Game with all documents etc and then they said they will look into claim. They informed me of a waiting period of 4weeks which the consultant never informed me off they agreed that their consultant gave me lots of wrong info they sorry for all the inconvenience. Put another consultant on the messy case. Came back wit i need to pay 50% access and banking details and now a total different story again .... ?? PLEASE HELP ME.</p>
