Poor Service GAME Secunda

<p>Worst service from game today. Its a week from payday for my husband and I, so we got there to buy groceries on our game account as we've been doing for years when we have the need. We got to the till to pay and the cashier lady scanned our items my husband gave his card to pay first it declined because we were over our limit by R75 my husband told her to add the amount to his next month's installment as its always been done, she swiped again and yet she insisted that we pay the R75. We explained our story on how its always been done again, and that we don't have money at this time of the month that's why we use our GAME account in these situations . She called the manager who then cancelled all the items that my husband signed for and now there is no money left on his card and we were forced to leave without our groceries. We were treated with disrespect, and racial prejudice was clearly evident in the attitude of the supervisor and, or managers. We never received any notice of change in GAME's account conditions which would have avoided the whole issue, as we would have simply bought fewer items. The staff at game could have assisted us in a way that would have satisfied both parties, by just manually returning R75's worth of items, and allowing us to take the remaining items. </p>
