PATHETIC SERVICE FROM GAME CRESTA

The most pathetic service I have ever encountered. The one hand does not know what the other is doing. Purchased a Defy oven and hob on 20th Sept, still trying to get it delivered, 3 time will now be on Monday 3rd Oct 2021. They ask me for the till slip????why doesnt the store have their copy of the till slip. No apology, no explanation, let's see if 3rd time lucky works. It will be the last time I use Game ever.
