GAME NOT WORKING EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW

I bought the game 'Driver' from the DVD and Games Superstore in Pretoria North. Upon installing the game on my computer, it said that I needed to create an account. I did this and when I needed to enter the activation code, it told me that the code had already been used. I took the game back to the store, and they agreed to order another game. Although they agreed to it, the manager made out that I was stupid because I did not check my system requirements, yet I made it clear that it was not my system that was the issue. I then got the new game, and was met with the same issues. This tells me that the supposedly 'new' game I bought was in fact pre-owned. They have now refused to exchange the game or give me a refund. This is completely unacceptable, and I find their attitude at the store repulsive. I am a customer and do not want all this drama. I will never shop at the particular branch again and find the way they conduct business and work with customers completely unprofessional.
