COMPLAIN

<p>I bought a vibro shape belt on the 1st of April 2016 while I was visiting in Polokwane. I only started using it after I returned back home for about two weeks. The problem is, it made me itch and made my skin red even though I used it fromday one on clothing as I never use belts like that directly on skin because my skin is sensitive so I reckon with clothing it would worth to give it a try. Because I live in Harrismith where we do not have a game store, I had to wait for someone to take me to the nearest game store to return it because I don't know Qwa Qwa well enough, so I kept the belt until someone could take me to return the belt yesterday on 5 June 2016. When I arrived there, I explained the reason for returning it but the manager simply refused to exchange the belt or to give my money back. No-where could I find a reason on the papers that comes with the belt that says if you experience any problems, return it within 14 days, so then he added for hygienic purposes they cannot take it back or exchange it. My question is, if you cannot buy a bra and give it back the next day for hygienic purposes then why not do the same with the belt since they call it a hygienic purpose, seriously, but after 14 days you can take it back, doesn't that then also qualify for hygienic risk, my answer would be no then if I were them, but I am not so it must be. These people clearly have no understanding what hygienic means, which means they should have taken it bac****!!!! Yes I had it since 1st of April but did not use it for nearly two months, anyone who can understand the reason of sensitive skin, why ruin it even more, it was just kept until I could finally get to a game store, besides, they did not even do any effort to have a look at the belt or take it out of the box!!!!!!! To me that is POOR services!!!!!!!!!</p>
