Dva Renovators - not to be trusted

I found out today that after we were taken for a ride by Dva Renovators, this guy is still around (2 years later) doing exactly the same thing to anyone who lets him. If you come across him, steer away! He did the waterproofing of a balcony floor for us (R11500) and gave us a warranty. When water leaked into the flat of our downstairs neighbours not even 3 months later he admitted fault when on site with independent accessors and made loads of promises but then disappeared, never to be heard of again. He is still out there (advertising on gumtree) though so beware and steer clear of the guy.
