Builder a **** and a ***** !!!

A few months ago we decided to do some renovations to our home, our apartment is old and needed a little face lift. We got recommended a builder, and the job was supposed to take 6 weeks. All excited, as this was our first time doing this, the builder got started. After a month had past and not even a wall taken out, and him constantly asking for more money I questioned him as to why non of the work was getting done, he just gave me excuse after excuse he even so much as shouted at me banged his phone on a table in my house swore at me and threatened to pack his stuff up and leave and that he'll see me in court!!! To date absolutely nothing in our home is finished, despite him had been here for three months, and taken R 365 000.00 from us he also stole power tools from us and ALL my inherited jewellery. When the cops did research on him, apparently there is a very long list of cases against him including theft !I've pleaded with him to give our money back, I've even begged his wife, Isolde Paymans, to just do the right thing, her response was her husband is a man of integrity my story sounds extreme and I seem to have bipolar tendencies.
