Disgusting Service
Quoted one price given delivery commitment all verbalised. Upon confirmation was prepared to pay in full prior to order being executed. Money was short so paid half. Had to keep following up on order as turnaround time according to her was distorted and that too when the order eventually was ready and went to collect and pay balance, the prices were inflated and then Vat on top of it. The lady spoke alot of lies and i had lost my cool and gave a piece of my mind. Anyways in laymans terms i would label the lady as totally dishonest. I havent spoken to management so wont put the company as a whole down but hopefully management takes this serious and able to resolve the dispute. I come from corporate and a businessman as well and my word is my honour. Any issues with staff vs customers we take seriously as to uphold our name. The lady blatently spoke 1 lie and another and another. It was a very disspointing experience. I personally will refrain in future from using the services of This company. Also as a piece of advice should you want to maybe try this company as the taste is in the pudding. Kindly clarify in detail turnaround time and costs etc in WRITING. We indians want best pricing and service as customers which is normal in terms of negotiating but As a supplier if you cannot commit to something dont do so, but if you willing to negotiate and commit when you want the sale but change the goalpost with lies and inflate pricing especially after taking half the customers money in advance is really heartbraking. Anyways God is great. The extra money is charity from myside. maybe it will benefit the lady on her sales comm as she may be highly in need of the comm as she may have some finacial issues. Like i said i am not in anyway putting the company down but an individualy who is the face of the company who seems to make prices as she wishes so the sales comm definitely makes sense. As i have stated the extra money paid is towards charity and others that read to please be very cautious as to not be caught up with a similar experience.
Upon Collection of the order this morning, Wesley the owner came to the front desk and we shook hands. He was upset regarding the reviews and insisted i should have come to him.
I told him that's what Google is there for and accordingly reviews can be resolved should a dispute be resolved. the focus and goal post was was being changed and lies transparently been blowed into hot air. i told him to please put his concerns in writing as verbally it wouldn't work as too much lies verbally. He was more concerned about the review than the service which was received by his staff to me. He defended his staff which i have then understood that maybe the staff was not the issue and she had her job to be secured. I will send her an Apology as maybe she had no alternative but to do as the BOSS or the BOSSES WIFE who was in front as well which i had learnt from Wesley had asked her to do (as a staff who is in a position and afraid of any negative impact on their Job i would be of the opinion this could happen, But only The Man Above knows the Truth. When she quoted she was friendly, even at the time of the payment of my deposit but when i was upset as to why the deadline of the order was not as per commitment she got defensive as the BOSSES wife was next to her and i assume the pricing vs deadline was inflated for whatever reason. Evidence is required to prove a theory. I have got PROOF to Backup my review. It is very Sad that there are businesses out there that CHASE MONEY instead of WINNING CUSTOMERS OVER obviously Money meaning that which is Out of INTEGRITY. also to note Further, Wesley told me Blatantly that he can PLAY the SAME GAME and give me a NEGATIVE REVIEW. instead of resolving the conflict at hand via writing, he wants to adopt means of CONTEMPT.
