Ordering of INDABA 2015 bags

We order and pay for 305 bags for our INDABA in the Golden Gate between 18-23 May 2015. We was suppose to received the bags on 30 April 2015. We received 50 bags on 15 May and 100 bags on 16 May [Logo not correct, but we used them because we have no other choice] <br> Since May we struggle to received our 155 outstanding bags. Every week they promise that they will deliver the bags, but nothing happened.<br> We also ask that they composite us for the extra cost that we will have to send each bag to the 155 persons that did not received a bag on our INDABA.<br> <br> This is very poor service that a order is outstanding for 4 months.
