Not delivering Products

We ordered Conference bags with a print on during May 2015. We finalized the order, sent a logo and paid the full amount on 2 June 2015. It is now 28 October 2015, we still have not received the product. Karen only answers the phone every 20th time we call and now she started sending sms's. She has a standard reply that the bags are in print. We need the bags for a function mid November, but it seems that the product is not going to be delivered. <br> <br> This is unacceptable service, or rather NO services, as no product has been delivered.
