NON-DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS!!

<p>We ordered and paid for 1000 branded pens on 29 July 2016 with the promise that we would receive it within 2 weeks but despite numerous promises and changes to delivery dates due to 'e****pment failure' and now the last saying that it was sent to us via courier on Monday 5 September we have STILL NOT received it - they do not answer their phones until you have phoned at least 6 times, when you get through they say they will check and get back to you within 5 minutes but don't, when you e-mail they just ignore your e-mails!!!!! So, as of today 10 September we are STILL WAITING for our pens and they are still not answering phones or e-mails!</p>
