NO DELIVERY OF ITEMS ORDERED

I placed an order for promotional pens in late April 2015 and received confirmation on the 4th of May that printing would proceed. I made full payment as required. I expected to receive the items within 2 weeks however I have still not received the items after waiting for over one month. My telephone calls to both the cell and landline numbers are not answered and messages and emails sent are ignored. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH THIS company which trades as Duzi Gifts, Msunduzi Gifts, Taurus Promotions or Capitalbrandingonline (several different names).
