Please be careful of signing rental agreements for PABX phone systems. I am paying R110k and am bound by a 5 year contract for a product that could have cost me R25k.

Take your time on reading the contract and don't feel pressurized to sign immediately. Hope this helps someone out there from falling into the same trap i did.
