Poor quality control

I ordered a Duys tow bar (CTTB1001LTZ) through my local GM dealer in Mokopane. During assembly the installer showed me that the tow ball mounting plate was welded off-center on the tow bar, meaning that although a bolt can be fitted through the hole it is impossible to fit a nut on the other side.<br> <br> This is poor quality control from Duys. This is a SABS approved tow bar and I cannot drill new holes and modify the bar in any way. The GM dealer offered an apology but the fault lies with Duys and now I, the end customer, has to pay the price for wasted time and labour at the workshop.<br> <br>
