Duxah - No student support and won't refund

If I could give you zero stars I would. I was so excited to start studying with Duxah however my experience has been so disappointing. The student support is non-existent with this organisation, you have to constantly follow up with emails and no one bothers to respond, when trying to call them you either can’t get through to them or someone takes a message promising a callback which never happens. Made arrangements to write assessments at a different time and my arrangement was not upheld by the institution after sending them a reminder regarding the arrangement once again no response via email. Upon requesting a cancellation and refund for the course they were quick to respond saying they don’t action refunds as per the terms and conditions signed by me. However, I wouldn’t need to cancel if they were actually doing what they had to do. Regardless of the numerous emails sent the Director Wendy advised she doesn’t understand what the issue is, which is beyond ridiculous If you are considering Duxah, in my experience STAY FAR AWAY
