***** ACK and Duveso is *******!!
Ive recently tried to lodge a complain at the Council of Debt Collectors and the National Credit Regulator for a companu called Ack and Assosiates , only to find that no one has ever complained about them . After my complaint was sent to the above company's , I got a resonse from a lady in finance at Duvesco . I only then realised that Duvesco , the company that responded to mail that i sent to the Credit Regulator , is actually in the same office as ACK , the company that I complained about? And the person that responded to my complaint was someone from Finance? I am actually now going legal , as my case is just going in circles . If anyone else has a complaint at the regulator , make sure you rather go legal , because there is no help out there .

Breaking In Duplum Rule
****mer of note. A whole debt collection company with no knowledge of In Duplum Rule Section 103(5) of the National Credit Act (NCA) (No. 34 of 2005) a lady Alawiyah Abrahams proudly saying that they proud of breaking this law as long as they are making money out of consumers.. Such a shame when a client calls them to settle they still insist even after advising.
